Co-owner and Operator of Proarb WA
Russell has extensive knowledge and experience working within the arboriculture industry. At 16 years old, Russell started his studies in Devon, England before moving to Perth, Australia in 2016.
He started from the bottom and has worked his way up from groundsman, to climber, to managing a medium sized tree company and then co-founded Proarb WA in 2020.He is a fully qualified and certified arborist and consultant for tree risk assessments and reports.
Russell lives in Perth with his fiancé, Danielle (Proarb WA’s Office manager) and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, adventuring, going to the beach etc, however he also appreciates life indoors, especially during premier league season.

- National certificate in Forestry and Arboriculture (BTEC)
- Certificate in Arboriculture (ABC)
- National Certificate in Horticulture (NPTC)
- Risk Assessment for Commercial Arboriculture (LANTRA)

Chris Jones
Co-owner and Operator of Proarb WA
Chris started his career in the forests of North Wales before attending college and becoming a certified arborist. He then made his move to Perth, Australia in 2015 and has not looked back since.
He was the leading arborist for another tree company in Perth for almost 6 years before co-founding Proarb WA in 2020. He is a fully qualified and a highly skilled arborist who has a genuine passion for this industry.
Chris is now living the Perth hills lifestyle with his fiancé, Kelly (Proarb WA’s social media manager) and their 4 dogs. When he is not working or looking at new equipment to buy for the company, Chris enjoys relaxing at home, camping and adventuring.

Anthony Biluba
Leading Arborist and Team Leader
Anthony (Ant) is our Leading Arborist and Team Leader and has over 7 years experience in the industry. Ant started in the industry back in the UK in 2016 before moving over to Perth the following year where he continued his training.
Ant completed his Australian certificate 3 in Arboriculture in 2021 and continues to expand his knowledge and expertise whilst training our apprentices and ground staff.
Ant is now living the dream with his partner, Cass, and their little boy, Ryker along with their dog Bruno and enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing and going for a motorbike ride along the coast.
Lucas Burt
Arborist and Operator of Proarb WA
Lucas is our newly certified Arborist after just completing his apprenticeship and is fast becoming a skilled climber and operator for Proarb WA. He is originally from Melbourne and moved to Perth in 2020.
Lucas thoroughly enjoys working in the arboricultural industry and has a genuine passion for learning as much as he can about it. This is proven when he comes to work with a great attitude every day and is always ready to get stuck in.
Lucas enjoys spending time with his family and exploring Perth from the coast to the hills.
Danielle Anderson
Office Manager
Danielle (Dani) is our office all-rounder. She handles the day to day running of the business from behind the desk and is the voice you sometimes hear when you call us.
She has over 10 years experience working in an office environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. She handles payroll, HR, upkeep of company documents, compliance, organising and booking work, sending quotes and invoices, general admin and a bit of marketing too.
Originally from Scotland, Dani moved to Perth in 2014 to be closer to her family. She is engaged to one of our directors, Russell, and enjoys doing crossfit, adventuring and relaxing at home with a good book…and always a coffee.
Kelly Challinor
Social Media Manager
Kelly is our social media expert and the face behind all the content you will see on our socials.
She has over 10 years experience working in an office environment and currently works for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists whilst also being a valuable member of our ProArb team. Kelly maintains our social media pages, keeping them fresh with new content all the time – have a look at our Facebook and Instagram pages and follow us to stay up to date with what our team gets up to.
Kelly is engaged to one of our directors, Chris, and moved across to Perth from the UK in 2015. They now live in the Perth hills with their 4 beautiful dogs. Kelly enjoys paddle boarding, boxing and taking her pack out for long walks.
